Our experience in learning and training includes that of Russell Ness as Telecom's national customer service Training Manager. He was responsible for designing and managing delivery of customer sales/service courses to over 1500 CSRs. Later as Telecom's National Training Manager he was responsible for all training initiatives in the company including technical, management, quality, customer service and overseas.

Since leaving Telecom in 1997 he has designed and managed a number of national training initiatives for private sector, government and not for profit organisations.
